Coggin Avenue Medical Park is advancing its technology and employing Electronic Health Records. Part of this implementation includes Patient Health Records (PHR). PHR will be available via the internet in the future to all patients who request it. This web-based service will allow you to see upcoming appointments, lab results, current medications, immunizations, and past medical diagnoses. In addition, this service provides educational and research tools to help you better understand medical conditions or procedures.

Healthcare For Entire Family
Coggin Avenue Medical Park offers quality health care for the entire family. Men, women, and children can all come in for wellness checkups, chronic and acute illnesses, work-related injuries, and much more. Amy M. Murphy is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Also, Dr. Paul Watts is here from Texas Sport & Spine weekly to help those who need specialized treatment. Our current medical directors are F. Michael Schultz, M.D., and Pedro Castro, D.O.
We offer a comfortable, spacious waiting area, where we separate sick and well patients to prevent the spread of disease. But don't worry - you won't have to wait long.
Occupational Care
Attention Employers! If you have an employee injured on the job, contact us first! We offer post-injury care for most non-emergency job-related accidents. We're open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and we accept Workers' Compensation Insurance. We offer DOT and other work-related physical exams. Our partner here, AccuScreen, provides drug and alcohol testing, too.
