Extended Office Hours beginning December 5th |

We are excited to announce that we are extending our hours beginning Monday December 5th. Please welcome Alexis (Lexi) Stephens RN, MSN, FNP-BC to our staff as our newest provider. We will be open until 7 pm Monday through Thursday and there will be a provider in the office on Friday afternoons from 1p-5p. We hope these extra hours will help those patients who can't afford to miss work or school to receive health care. |

Our electronic health records (EHR) system now allows you as a patient to access some of your health information remotely using your home computer. It's secure, we promise! You can see upcoming and past appointments, diagnosis history, medication history, and immunizations. You can also get e-mail appointment reminders.
Not all of our patients are in the system yet, but when you ask for Patient Access, we'll make sure all your data is included. |

Attention Employers! If you have an employee injured on the job, contact us first! We offer post-injury care for most non-emergency job-related accidents. We accept work injuries from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am to 12pm on Friday, and we accept Workers' Compensation Insurance. We offer DOT and other work-related physical exams. Our partner here, AccuScreen, provides drug and alcohol testing, too. |
